The BAT32G113 series features a high-performance ARM Cortex M0+ 32-bit RISC core, capable of operating at up to 64MHz, with 32KB Flash and 4KB SRAM. This product integrates multiple standard interfaces, including I2C (supporting slave dual address), SPI, and UART. It also includes a 12-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, temperature sensor, comparator, and programmable gain amplifier. In addition, it offers excellent low-power performance, supporting both sleep and deep sleep low-power modes, with a flexible design. The operating power consumption is 80µA/MHz at 64MHz, and in deep sleep mode, the power consumption is only 1.5µA. It is widely suitable for high-performance, low-power applications such as optical modules, sensors, and mobile devices.
