The CMS80F732x series MCU is an enhanced 1T 8051 Flash MCU that supports a maximum 16MHz core operation, with a working voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. It offers up to 26 GPIOs and features an integrated LED matrix dot display driver module, a high-sensitivity touch module that easily passes dynamic and static 10V conductivity tests, as well as 5-channel complementary PWM outputs with dead-zone control. Additionally, it supports up to 26 channels of 12-bit ADC, 2 UARTs, 1 SPI, and 1 I²C. It follows industrial-grade design standards.
